As a Senior Affiliate Manager , you will be responsible for searching and onboarding new affiliates, as well as managing ongoing partnerships.

You will look for new potential CPA partners, check their eligibility for the program, negotiate conditions, and assist new affiliates with the setup.

Responsibilities Search for new potential CPA partners (web, social media, in-app and other source) in the allocated region Convert potential affiliates into active partners, negotiate CPA deals Provide day-to-day support to existing affiliates Analyze affiliate performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization Participate in affiliate conferences and events Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice, and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives Monitor traffic quality, quantity of conversions, and fraud rates Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth Requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced knowledge of affiliate traffic sources, funnels and cost models Technical knowledge of tracking and attribution Extensive experience with lead generation and outreach automation Good understanding of the Forex product Good working knowledge of MS Office Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset Previous experience in affiliate programs of Forex, binary options, crypto, or prop trading advertisers Languages: fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or any additional language will be considered a strong advantage Interview steps Recruiter screen with HR (~30 minutes) Technical Interview with the Line Manager (1 hour) Short Test Task Our benefits Excellent compensation package Medical insurance Provident fund In-house gym with a personal trainer Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages Company discount card for various products & services 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually Shuttle bus service from Limassol Birthday certificate program
